Plus prcisment : tre responsable et soutenir lintgration en temps voulu des systmes tels que : AFCS, communications (VHF, HF, SATCOM, liaison de donnes), navigation (ADF, VOR, ILS, DME, TCAS, transpondeur, IRS, GPS, FMS, radar mto), affichage (EFIS, EICAS, HUD, SVS), ainsi que les systmes dinformation/maintenance et denregistrement (IMS, OMS, chargement de donnes, CVR, FDR, AHMS), etc., sur laronef Soutenir la dfinition et la gestion des exigences globales des systmes et sous-systmes afin dassurer la conformit aux exigences de scurit, de certification et de conception de laronef Collaborer avec les fournisseurs de systmes ainsi que les autres fournisseurs et disciplines impliqus dans le programme afin de garantir une conception adquate du systme pour une intgration harmonieuse sur laronef et le respect des exigences de certification Participer ou assister certains essais de certification, inspections et/ou audits Examiner et approuver les rapports de conformit au nom de SOGECLAIR, conformment aux plans de certification approuvs Assurer le maintien de la navigabilit des systmes avioniques conformment aux rglementations, normes et guides applicables Approuver et recommander les plans de certification au nom de SOGECLAIR afin dobtenir lacceptation des autorits rglementaires concernant les moyens et mthodes de conformit ainsi que le niveau dimplication Soutenir la chane dassemblage final et les aronefs en service pour tout problme li la conception et assurer leur rsolution Participer au dveloppement et la mise en uvre des outils et processus ncessaires la fonction afin datteindre les objectifs organisationnels TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH In your role as an Avionics Systems DAD, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the development, testing, certification, production, and in-service support of Avionics Systems of state-of-the-art business aircraft.

More specifically: Be responsible and support the timely integration of systems, such as AFCS, Communication (VHF, HF, SATCOM, Datalink), Navigation (ADF, VOR, ILS, DME, TCAS, Transponder, IRS, GPS, FMS, Weather Radar), Displays (EFIS, EICAS, HUD, SVS), Information/Maintenance & Recording (IMS, OMS, Data load, CVR, FDR, AHMS), etc. on the aircraft.

Support the definition and management of the overall systems and subsystems requirements to ensure safety, certification & aircraft design requirements and objectives are met Work with the system suppliers as well as other interfacing suppliers and disciplines on the program to ensure the system is properly designed to be integrated smoothly on the aircraft and meet certification requirements Witness or participate in selected certification tests, inspections, and/or audits Review and Approve Compliance Reports on behalf of SOGECLAIR in accordance with approved Certification Plans Ensure aircraft avionics airworthiness is maintained per required regulations, regulatory standards,



and guidance material Approve and recommend Certification Plans on behalf of SOGECLAIR to secure regulatory authority acceptance of Means and Methods of Compliance and Level of Involvement Support the Final Assembly Line and In Service Aircrafts for any design related issues and bring them to closure Participate in the development and implementation of tools and processes as needed by the function to meet our organizational objectives Requirements VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL NOTRE REUSSITE Vous dtenez un diplme universitaire en gnie lectrique, lectronique, logiciel, arospatial ou quivalent Le statut actuel ou en voie dobtention de DAD / DAR est un atout (vous avez satisfait aux exigences de Transports Canada AWM 505 Delegation of Authority Vous connaissez et entretenez des relations de travail avec Transports Canada (TCCA), lEASA ou la FAA Vous possdez une bonne connaissance des rglementations de navigabilit civile FAR Part 25 applicables aux avioniques ainsi que des documents de rfrence industriels (RTCA et ARP) relatifs aux exigences de certification avionique pour le TCCA, lEASA et la FAA Vous avez une exprience approfondie en conception de systmes, essais et certification des systmes avioniques : pilote automatique, communications, navigation (incluant FMS), systmes dindication/enregistrement, systmes de maintenance embarqus, etc.

Vous avez des connaissances et/ou de lexprience avec les systmes avioniques modulaires intgrs (IMA) Vous tes familier avec les normes industrielles DO-178, DO-160, DO-254, ARP4754 et ARP4761 Vous possdez de solides comptences en communication, tant loral qu lcrit Vous avez dexcellentes capacits de rsolution de problmes, de planification et de priorisation Vous tes capable de travailler efficacement en quipe Vous tes dispos voyager.

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS You hold a university degree in Electrical, Electronics, Software, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.

Current or candidate-for DAD / DAR status preferred. (Has met the requirements of Transport Canada AWM 505 ''Delegation of Authority'' You are familiar with and have a working relationship with TCCA, EASA or FAA.

You are knowledgeable with civil airworthiness FAR Part 25 avionics regulations and industry advisory material including RTCA and ARP documents for applicable TCCA, EASA and FAA avionics certification requirements.

You have extensive working experience with system design, test and certification requirements of aircraft auto flight, communication, navigation including FMS, indicating/recording systems, onboard maintenance systems, etc.

Knowledge and/or Experience in Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) systems.

You are familiar with the industry standards DO-178, DO-160, DO-254, ARP4754 and ARP4761.

You have strong communication skills (verbal and written).

You have excellent problem-solving skills, work planning structure and prioritization.

You can work well in a team environment.

You are willing to travel.
