Availability - 20-35 hours/ week Pay rate - $18.35/hour What You''ll Do: Leadership and Teamwork: Assistwithmanager on duty responsibilities,holding a key andopening and closingthe store.

Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptionalcustomerexperiences.

Participate in training and onboarding recent team members.

Assistwith visual merchandising and execution of in-store activations.

Customer Service: Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and provide personalizedassistanceonproduct features.

Handle returns andresolvescustomer concerns in a professional andtimelymanner.





Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Lindt''s values and product excellence.

Support efforts to drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options.

Inventory: Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures.

Support inventory duties, including stock replenishment and receiving.

Assistwith coordinating corporate gifting orders.

Cash Handling: Assist with cash handlingduties.

Qualifications: Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales.

Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Familiarity with inventory controlandvisual standards Confident communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks andperform under pressure Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.

Comfortable with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
