Contract, Toronto, Hybrid Must Haves Minimum 35 years in business analysis supporting investment applications and portfolio servicing platforms Hands-on delivery of changes to Calypso , CRD , Sim

Corp , Bloomberg , or Aladdin systems Advanced experience with SQL , Power BI , Azure Dev

Ops , and Visio for complex data analysis and reporting Robust understanding of investment lifecycles for exchange-traded and OTC products including derivative instruments Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance,



or Economics Nice to Have CPA or CFA designation or enrolment Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Change Management, Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, or Project Management Experience with automation or workflow optimization within investment operations Responsibilities Work on 5-6 enhancements at a time Lead and participate in projects related to portfolio servicing platforms across trade processing, pricing, valuations, and investment accounting Manage business requirements, interface design, testing, documentation, and data reconciliation activities Collaborate with internal partners to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for system enhancements Design and develop investment reporting and dashboards using SQL and BI tools Support system integrations, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure data accuracy and platform stability Partner with technology teams to implement upgrades, patches, and configuration changes Develop support documentation, including troubleshooting guides and training materials for end users
