Our client is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Calgary, Alberta.

This role supports the organization''s talent acquisition efforts by managing full-cycle recruitment and partnering with hiring leaders to attract and hire top talent.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruitment professional with strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting a variety of hiring needs.

Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and operations roles, from sourcing through onboarding.

Build talent pipelines using job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach.





Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop recruitment strategies aligned with workforce needs.

Create engaging job postings to attract qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles.

Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and industry networks to support talent attraction.

Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment initiatives.

Maintain an productive hiring process that delivers a positive candidate experience.

Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.

Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to monitor hiring performance.
