Define, document, and implement development best practices (norms, standards, templates) for AI and software development.

Support end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/analytical solutions.

Improve engineering practices, including code management, CI/CD, automation, and documentation.

Manage the industrialization of AI solutions, transitioning from prototype to production.

Advise on technological orientations, architectures, and tool selection related to AI.

Implement practices for responsible AI, including security, compliance, governance, and risk management.

Document deliverables, decisions, and lessons learned to ensure autonomy and reusability.

What you must have: Experience:Minimum of 6 years in software development and/or corporate AI/analytical solutions. AI Expertise:



Demonstrated experience with Generative AI and/or language models.

Core Competencies: Understanding of security, confidentiality, governance, and risk management frameworks within AI.

Technical Leadership: Proven ability to exercise strong technical leadership and propose improvements for existing solutions.

Languages: French (5/5) and functional English.

Process: Knowledge of Agile processes within a Dev

Ops work cell.
