Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Senior Scrum Master to serve as a servant-leader, facilitator, and coach , driving the adoption and maturation of Agile principles and Scrum practices across our development teams.

In this role, you will establish a strong Agile foundation , foster effective collaboration between internal and external teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Guide teams in Agile principles and Scrum practices , ensuring alignment with business goals.

Coordinate release planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, and other Agile ceremonies .

Act as the primary point of contact for the outsourced development team.

Coach and mentor individuals and teams to improve Agile maturity and performance .

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles, ensuring seamless team progress.

Define and enforce Scrum standards , fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Agile adoption and delivery efficiency.





Ensure visibility into sprint progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Azure Dashboard .

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required. 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including 4+ years leading Agile teams in an outsourced development workplace .

Strong hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure Dashboard).

Proven ability to drive Agile transformation and enhance team performance.

Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills .

Passion for Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to continuous improvement .

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in large-scale Agile implementations .

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to coach teams at different stages of Agile adoption.
