This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of vehicle inventory records, ensuring alignment between physical stock, internal systems, and financial partners.

Wage: $, per year Location: Manitou Drive, Kitchener Hours: Monday to Friday :am to :pm What You''ll Be Doing: Prepare and distribute weekly inventory reports and listings Maintain accurate inventory records within PBS (Dealer Management System) Perform weekly remote reconciliationof physical inventory Audit bank floor plan statementsona weekly basis Conduct in office docket auditsto ensure documentation compliance Audit and verify customer-related inventory records Compile and send inventory recap reportsvia email Investigate and follow up on inventory discrepancies Reconcile physical vehicle counts with system records and floor plan statements Conduct field audits on an as-needed basis across dealership locations What You Bring to the Table: Previous experience in automotive inventory, accounting, or auditingpreferred Familiarity with PBS, Dealertrack, Renolds & Renolds or other DMS systemsis an asset Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities Proficient in Excel and reporting tools Strong communication and organizational skills Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between dealership locations as required So why work for us?
