On our Client Solutions team, youll connect with Sun Life clients by phone , listen closely to their goals,



and deliver tailored retirement recommendations that fit their stage of life.

What youll do Build meaningful relationships with Group Retirement Savings plan members through proactive outreach Guide clients through retirement planning conversations, helping them understand their options and feel confident in their decisions Provide personalized financial advice aligned to each clients goals, life stage, and needs Translate complex financial concepts into simple, relatable guidance Stay curious and continuously learn, keeping up to date on products, tools, and industry trends Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team where success is shared and celebrated Why this role is special: This role is focused on supporting and advising existing Sun Life clients, allowing you to build meaningful relationships without the need for cold calling or new client prospecting.
