As an Invoicing Analyst , you will serveas the primaryadministrator of commercialprogram terms relatedto credits, fees, royalties, and othercontractual requirementsacross Standard
Aero''s businesssectors.
You willpartner with Customer
Programs, Finance, Supply
Chain, Operations, and
Engineering to ensureaccurate invoicing, reporting, compliance, and continuousprocess improvement.
What youll do: Maintain pricing catalogs and validate related data to ensure accurate estimating, invoicing, and price book integrity.
Review, prepare, and validate invoices, credits, warranties, fees, and other commercial transactions to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and internal controls.
Collect, analyze, and reconcile financial and operational data while preparing customer cost estimates, invoices, and supporting documentation.
Partner with Finance to ensure transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and payments are correctly allocated and applied.
Generate, submit, and monitor customer and internal reports, following up on outstanding payments, credits, and required approvals.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Customer Programs, and other stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies impacting estimates, invoices, credits, or royalties.
Maintain datasets, monitor KPIs, support SMS compliance reporting, and identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and standard work.
Support additional administrative, analytical, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Basic Qualifications Diploma, degree, orformal training in
Finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, Data Analytics, or a relatedfield, or anequivalent combinationof education andrelevant work experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience performingdata entry, invoicing, financial, accounting,operational, or transactionalsupport in abusiness environment.
Intermediate proficiencyin Microsoft Excel , including sorting/filteringdata, Pivot
Tables, lookupfunctions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPor equivalent), IFstatements, and basicformulas (SUM, AVERAGE).
Experience reviewing, validating, reconciling, or maintainingfinancial, operational,or customer datawith a demonstratedrecord of accuracyand attention todetail.
Experience using atleast one businesssystem, such asan ERP, CRM, financial, or invoicing system , to enter, update, or maintain transactionaldata.
Demonstrated experiencepreparing reports, maintainingdocumentation, or communicatingdata, issues, orrecommendations to internalstakeholders.
Proven ability tomanage multiple priorities, meet established deadlines, and work effectivelyin a structured, process-driven workplace.
Demonstrated analyticaland problem-solvingskills, including identifyingdata discrepancies, investigatingroot causes, andrecommending or implementingcorrective actions.
Desired Skills Experience with PowerBI or otherbusiness intelligence andreporting tools.
Experience using ERPsystems, CRM platforms, or SQL.
Experience supporting invoicing, finance, customer programs, or commercial operations.
Experience in aerospaceor another regulatedmanufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, orcontinuous improvementmethodologies.
