Executive Education at the Beedie School of Business partners with organizations across sectors to design and deliver high-impact leadership and professional development programs.

We work closely with clients to understand their strategic priorities and build custom learning experiences, ranging from short programs to laddered pathways into degree credentials.

Our team operates at the intersection of business, education, and innovation, combining academic rigour with real-world application.

About the Role The Coordinator plays a central role in shaping and delivering Executive Education programs, from early client conversations through to program execution and evaluation.

The position is responsible for the administration of executive education programs, working closely with faculty, clients, and internal teams to design learning experiences that meet real organizational needs.





This is a hybrid role, mostly in-person, that blends supporting participants, scheduling faculty/ sessions, administering program delivery online and in person.

You will work diligently to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring excellence of service and delivery, as well as excellent client partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with an inherent sense of urgency, and enjoys turning ideas into well-executed programs with measurable impact.

Youre someone who can operate comfortably at the day-to-day operational level.

You are excellent with client facing interactions, making things happen through creative problem solving, event administration and management, think in terms of outcomes, and take ownership from concept through delivery.

You are highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of quality.

Youre equally comfortable working with faculty, senior clients, and internal teams, and can translate between them.

Experience in program delivery, online educational platforms, client facing interactions are key.

Problem solving, sound judgment,



and a strong client-service mindset will set you apart.

Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Business or related discipline, and two years of related experience in coordinating the administration and delivery of custom credit and/or non-credit programs, including experience in event planning, program/project management, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
