Compensation: $21.00 / hour Accommodation: Private, furnished studio suite with utilities and Wi-Fi included (Market Value: Valued at ~$1,000/month in tax-free housing savings.) A Note on Total Compensation: Living in Squamish Valley means high rental costs.

By providing a private suite with zero rent, electricity, heat, or internet bills, this role saves you over $12,000 per year in living expenses.

Combined with your hourly pay, your real-world financial benefit is equivalent to a ~$30/hour role.

About Our Family We are an entrepreneurial, hard-working family of five living in the beautiful Upper Squamish Valley.

We run our own business, move at an extremely quick pace, and spend as much time outdoors as possible.

With three active young daughters (ages 9, 8, and 3) and a busy household, we are looking for a highly capable, self-motivated, and thorough House Manager to join our home long-term.

You will play a vital role in both keeping our home running smoothly and caring for our children.

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Location & Transportation:



Our home is located 20 minutes outside the town of Squamish in the Upper Squamish Valley.

You MUST have your own reliable vehicle and a valid drivers licence.

Transit does not reach our area.

Legal Work Authorization: Must be currently legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit holder).

Please note: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship (LMIA) for this role.

Pet Friendly: Must love and be fully comfortable living around animals, specifically dogs and cats.

Long-Term Commitment: We are looking for someone who wants to integrate into our household routine and stay with us for the long haul.

Daily & Direct Childcare Active Engagement: Providing hands-on care, supervision, and engagement for three girls (ages 9, 8, and 3).

Homeschool Support: Assisting with daily routines, learning support, and structure, as the two older girls will be homeschooled for the coming year.

Outdoors & Activities: Encouraging outdoor play,



leading arts and crafts, and keeping the girls engaged in fun, safe, and screen-free activities. 2.

Comprehensive Housekeeping (The Entire Home) Daily Maintenance: Tidying up living areas, making beds, collecting clutter, wiping surfaces, and keeping high-traffic areas orderly.

Deep Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the entire home on a rotating schedulescrubbing bathrooms, deep-cleaning the kitchen, washing windows, wiping baseboards, dusting light fixtures, and moving furniture to clean underneath.

Floor Care: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all floor surfaces (taking extra care with dirt tracked in from outdoor activities and pets). 3.

Laundry Managing the familys full laundry cycle: washing, drying, folding and putting away clothes for a family of 5.

Routine washing and changing of bed linens, towels, etc. 4.

Kitchen & Meal Support Daily dishwashing, loading/unloading dishwasher, and hand-washing delicate items.

Sanitizing countertops, sinks, appliances (inside and out), and maintaining an organized pantry and refrigerator.

Light meal prep assistance or family meal cooking as needed. 5.

Light Yard Work & Exterior Care Sweeping patios, decks, and outdoor living spaces.

Light weeding, gathering outdoor toys, and keeping porch/entryways clear and welcoming. 6.

Home, Property & Pet Care (Family Travel) House & Property Sitting: Maintaining home security, monitoring the grounds and garden, managing deliveries, and keeping the home clean and prepped for the familys return.

Pet Care: Providing daily feeding, exercising, love, and overnight companionship care for our dogs and cats whenever the family is out of town.
