Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead AI governance reviews and implementing AI governance frameworks for enterprise AI programs Calgary-based client. candidates can be % remote across Canada working MST hours Must Haves 10+ years in Program Management or Project Management aligned to PMI PMBOK practices within complex multi-business unit organizations Experience with AI governance models , operating frameworks , decision-rights structures , and RACI development Experience in AI risk , regulatory compliance frameworks , NIST AI RMF , OECD AI Principles , and Algorithmic Impact Assessments (AIA) Previous experience in Government or Public Sector industry focusing on AI Governance Nice to Have Enterprise AI or digital transformation programs in public sector or regulated environments Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and Power Platform exposure Generative AI governance including hallucination,



bias, data leakage, and mitigation approaches AI/ML lifecycle governance across data, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring Relevant Microsoft or AI/ML certifications Responsibilities Lead refinement and implementation of the AI governance framework Define governance structures, decision rights, RACI models, and escalation paths Implement AI intake, risk classification, and tiered review processes Integrate privacy, legal, ethical, and human rights considerations across the AI lifecycle Facilitate governance collaboration and executive decision-making Design AI transparency and reporting frameworks Establish scalable governance processes for enterprise AI adoption
