This position delivers hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance across hardware, software, and networking in alignment with corporate SLAs.

The role offers direct exposure to executive-level support and complex desktop infrastructure systems across Microsoft and cloud-based environments.

Ex, networking, and cabling fundamentals Responsibilities Provide Level-2 and Level-3 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals Troubleshoot hardware, software, and local area network connectivity issues Support VIP users with timely and professional resolution Install, maintain, and configure approved desktop software and system images Coordinate hardware repairs and returns with OEM vendors Create and maintain standard operating procedures and system images Provide status updates, reporting, and communication with management and end-users
