Replace and/or repair defective and worn parts (i.e.changing fridge/freezer gaskets,replacing handle on oven) Read,comprehendand follow machine manuals and follow instructions to get in working order Clean & calibrate equipment Switch out equipment within the restaurants Able to perform minor plumbing and electrical maintenance Able to perform power washing of buildings, sidewalks, garbage containers Miscellaneous duties asrequired(i.e.changing of ceiling tiles, changing lights) Complete basic building repairs,
