Adecco is currently hiring a Program Supervisor for a full-time opportunity.

This role is ideal for a strong leader with experience in production environments who enjoys overseeing operations, leading teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across programs.

In this position, you will lead a production team responsible for the manufacturing and shipment of track-related products.

You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational execution while ensuring performance targets are met and safety standards are upheld.

This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in energetic environments and can manage multiple priorities across various locations.

Responsibilities Lead and supervise unionized production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding product requirements, schedules, and shipments Coordinate and oversee the full production cycle including planning, scheduling, staffing, inventory,



and shipping Ensure production processes are cost-effective and meet delivery timelines Develop and implement standard operating procedures for safety and quality Monitor and ensure key performance indicators related to safety, quality, and efficiency are achieved Inspect major track work to ensure compliance with applicable standards Qualifications Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada Minimum 2 years of experience supervising or coordinating production operations in a unionized environment High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Valid driver''s license Valid rail operating rules certification (CROR) is required First Aid and CPR certification Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example in safety and performance Technical Skills / Assets Knowledge of track standards, drawings, and maintenance practices Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power
