You, as an Electrician, will: Analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and instructions in order to troubleshoot, repair, and install components of normal and emergency power systems (up to 600V) Install electrical circuits and all types of electrical equipment and appliances, including, ground leads, lighting fixtures, life safety systems, and other circuits as needed Measure, cut, thread, and install electrical conduits Mount motors, transformers, and light fixtures into position and complete circuits according to drawings and specifications Inspect lighting systems, emergency power systems, alarm systems, HVAC systems, medical equipment etc.

Isolate and repair the source of trouble and fault in the electrical system and any type of electrical equipment Replace or repair faulty components, including, switches, ballasts, sockets, light bulbs/tubes,



and other simple elements of electrical systems Perform scheduled preventative maintenance programs for power equipment systems, alarm systems, communication systems, and medical equipment Is this the right role for you? Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience Building Environmental Services (BES) 1& 2 or Facility Maintenance Related Course Knowledge of Building Automation System (BAS) College Diploma The salary range for this role is $34.00/hr-$35.33/hr Ellis
