This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, supporting customers, and working collaboratively with internal teams in a fast-paced office environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting inside sales activities, and providing solid administrative assistance.
You will interact with both walk-in and phone-in customers, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations,
including answering and directing calls professionally Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous manner Take customer orders and provide product information over the phone Process orders and perform accurate data entry Handle over-the-counter sales transactions Maintain organized filing systems and documentation Provide general administrative support to various departments Assist with additional tasks and projects as required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of office administration and customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes POS system experience is considered an asset Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Proactive, professional, and self-motivated attitude Strong customer service mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
