Research licensing requirements with state real estate commissions and other regulatory agencies.

Analyze individual and brokerage licensing requirements to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Maintain, monitor, and update individual and company licensing records in Airtable.

Prepare and administer licensing reports for compliance teams, management, business leaders, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate licensing-related communications with state real estate commissions, designated brokers, licensees, and internal teams.

Conduct license verification checks with state agencies and escalate exceptions to management.

Submit current, reciprocal, amendment, renewal, and surrender filings through state real estate commission portals.

Advise licensees on requirements for new and reciprocal licenses, including the execution of broker agreements.

Monitor licensee rosters, renewals, and continuing education deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Facilitate documentation and electronic signatures with designated brokers and individual licensees during onboarding and renewal processes.

Reconcile expenses related to license applications, renewals, and ongoing license maintenance.

Order licensing documentation and complete other administrative tasks through state regulatory agencies.

Maintain accurate electronic records while protecting confidential legal, financial, and personal information.





Manage multiple priorities independently while consistently delivering accurate, high-quality service.

What you must have: At least five years of experience managing real estate brokerage licensing, compliance, or equivalent responsibilities within a regulated industry.

Working knowledge of the regulatory framework and industry practices governing individual and entity-level real estate brokerage licensing.

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with document management and electronic recordkeeping.

Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential legal, financial, and personal information.

Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and adapt to changing demands.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Nice to have: Bachelors degree.

Experience using state real estate commission portals.

Experience with Airtable and Docu
