Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (KBH)
performs a wide variety of exams including abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, vascular, small parts, echo, and some interventional work (drainages and biopsies).
We perform exams in outpatient and inpatient care (including ER and ICU). KBHs Medical Imaging Department operates 7 days per week with rotating shift times.
It consists of three scanning rooms (two general, vascular and small parts; one echo).
The department averages 6,500 exams per year and 1,700 echo exams per year.
This is a Relief Part Time (0.65) opportunity until the return of the incumbent.
Shifts of work will be scheduled rotating day and evenings.
