Review auto loan contracts and documentation for compliance with internal funding policies Communicate with dealers, sales partners, and internal teams to obtain missing or corrected documentation Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standards and turnaround times Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items for funding via phone and email,
