Our financial services client is seeking a Tax Associate (57 years) to manage regulatory client outreach for Capital Markets Join a Capital Markets team supporting a 6month regulatory remediation initiative focused on tax form collection and compliance.

This position executes client outreach campaigns, data validation, and documentation management across complex client portfolios.

It offers exposure to multiple regulatory frameworks and interaction with compliance, operations, and legal stakeholders.

Potential for contract extension or fulltime conversion based on project timelines.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 3 days in office.

Core day - every Wednesday, and the other two days are up to the candidate. 6 months Bay Street Must Haves 57 years in Regulatory Compliance , Tax Operations , Client Onboarding , or Trade Control within Capital Markets Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Dodd Frank (CFTC & SEC) , CSA , EMIR , MiFID , HKMA , MAS , ASIC , CAT NMS , and CIRO (IIROC) Experience with institutional clients such as asset managers , insurance companies , pensions ,



and sovereign wealth funds Proficiency with S&P; Global (IHS Markit) for regulatory data and documentation Postsecondary education in finance, accounting, or related field Nice to Have Knowledge of Retail, Commercial, and Wealth business segments in financial institutions Data management experience and applicable analytical techniques Responsibilities Execute regulatory client outreach campaigns for tax documentation and compliance remediation Validate and organize client data and records following Capital Markets requirements Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Front Office teams on client data issues Monitor and maintain client outreach trackers and related documentation Assist in adhoc and businessasusual projects under the CS&DM; Director Support automation and process improvement initiatives related to client data handling Train and provide knowledge transfer to junior colleagues on regulatory procedures
