Design recent solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow diagrams, studying system capabilities as well as writing functional and system design specifications.

Gather data and integration requirements Ensure adherence to Data Governance policies Complete enhancement requests for corporate applications Foster and develop a collaborative relationship with team, users, and stakeholders.

Through continuous improvement, ensure business systems used within the entire functional area are configured, maintained, and enhanced to support effective business processes.

Perform application incident management, root cause analysis, problem resolution, change management and closure.

Produce and maintain current technical, functional design and analysis documentation using industry standard tools.

Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new application functions.

Identify, prioritize, manage, and incorporate the needs of multiple divisions and operating bases.

Provide orientation and training to end users.





Ensure end user documentation is updated.

What you must have: Minimum of five years full-time experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role Passionate about process and change.
