Now development, integrations, workflow automation, and AI capabilities including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and AI Search.

The consultant will contribute across the full development lifecycle while supporting business process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. 1- year Contract with possible 1 year extension, Remote, Working Hours: EST Must Haves 3+ years as a Service

Now, including N ow Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search , or similar technologies Demonstrated experience with workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and enterprise application development Integrations , APIs , enterprise application development , Generative AI , NLP , and AI governance University degree or college diploma in business, public administration, statistics, computer science,



information technology, or a related field Nice to Have Data-driven problem solving related to building systems and infrastructure Managing multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines Leading discussions with a broad range of stakeholders Identifying, designing, and implementing AI and automation solutions for business process improvement Responsibilities Design, develop, document, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and support Service

Now and AI capabilities with enterprise systems, data sources, and third-party services through APIs and integration frameworks Document technical designs, implementation activities, issues, risks, and enhancements throughout the development lifecycle Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Service
