This is not an exploratory medicine practice .

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care for adult patients Assess, diagnose,



and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver ongoing care for patients with complex medical needs and multiple comorbidities Support patients requiring cardiometabolic care and diabetes management Order and interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests Develop treatment plans, manage follow-up care, and coordinate referrals as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using the clinic EMR Collaborate with clinic staff to support efficient, high-quality patient care in a busy setting Practice Highlights Outpatient-only role No hospital work Strong patient demand with immediate opportunity to build and grow your panel High patient volume and strong referral flow Established clinic infrastructure with experienced administrative and clinical support Practice environment designed to let physicians focus on patient care Flexible scheduling model with virtual, hybrid, or fully in-office work options Standard clinic hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. , with a 1-hour lunch break Compensation Fee-for-service split available 70/30 split Strong patient volumes to support robust earnings Qualifications MD or equivalent with training in Internal Medicine Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), or eligible for independent licensure in Ontario Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a broad range of adult medical conditions in an outpatient setting Experience or interest in cardiometabolic care and diabetes management is an asset Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred approach Senior physicians are encouraged to apply; all qualified candidates will be considered How to Apply To apply or learn more, please email or visit
