If anyone is interested, please share your resume to Job Title: RSA Archer Business Analyst Primary Skills: RSA Archer Job Description Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.

Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows for RSA Archer SaaS .

Support the design and configuration of Archer applications, including workflows, questionnaires, data models, and reporting.

Develop and execute test cases, support SIT/UAT , defect tracking, and QA activities.

Collaborate with business and technical teams on test strategy, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release support.

Create and maintain BRDs, FSDs, data mappings, user guides, test plans, and test results.

Develop dashboards and reports for risk, audit,



and compliance stakeholders.

Support Agile delivery and enterprise GRC transformation initiatives.

Required Skills: 3 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with RSA Archer .

Experience with Archer Evolv .

Solid knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.

Hands-on experience in QA, test planning, UAT, and defect management.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Knowledge of Archer modules such as Operational Risk, IT Risk, TPRM, or Audit Management.

Experience with APIs, ETL, data mapping, and regulatory frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, OSFI) is a plus.
