Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 per year What Youll Get To Do: Take charge of full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties from journal entries to monthly and year-end closings.

Deliver timely financial statements and reconciliations with confidence and precision.

Provide in-depth variance analysis to uncover whats really driving performance.

Partner with Operations Managers to build accurate budgets and forecasts that shape future strategy.

Manage recoverable rent reconciliations in line with lease terms, ensuring fairness and clarity.





Lead the financial onboarding of new assets set the tone for their success.

Handle remittances and maintain top-tier compliance documentation.

Support external audits with well-prepared records and proactive communication.

Be a go-to for Property Managers and clients youll provide real answers, fast.

Who You Are: 35 years of accounting experience, preferably in property management. CPA designation (or is actively pursuing one).

Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software (YARDI an asset).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Effective time management with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.

Stays focused, organized, and solution-oriented in a rapid-paced environment.

Thrives in collaboration, but can also run solo with full accountability.
