Our client, a leading Financial Institution, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple business lines.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end paid media campaigns, delivering data-driven insights, and optimizing performance across digital channels.

The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives, while leveraging analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities include the following; Execute and manage Paid Media campaigns including strategy, setup, targeting, ad trafficking, testing, and reporting Optimize campaign performance using data insights, KPIs, and digital media best practices Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results The Must-Have Skills include the following; 2+ years of Paid Media experience with solid expertise in Paid Search campaigns (strategy,



execution, optimization, reporting) Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and ability to provide data-driven insights Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and Search Ads 360 Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The Nice-to-Have Skills include the following; Experience in financial services or wealth management industry Experience managing end-to-end, cross-channel digital campaigns Familiarity with emerging platforms like Tik

Tok or Pinterest Experience with automated reporting tools and advanced analytics Experience mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive innovation
