Shift: Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-3am Rate: $28-32/hr + afternoon premium of $2.50/hr Benefits after 3 months, RPP pension match after 1 year, 4 day work week Responsibilities Fitting & Assembly: Interpret technical drawings to layout, cut, shape, align, clamp, and tack-weld components (plates, structural parts, subassemblies).

Quality & Dimensional Accuracy: Inspect fit-ups against dimensional tolerances to eliminate non-conformances and minimize rework.

Material & Equipment Operation: Safely operate tools (torches, grinders, presses) and material handling equipment (overhead cranes) to prepare and position materials.

Safety & Workplace Standards: Follow OH&S; guidelines, utilize required PPE, maintain continuous hazard awareness, and uphold 5S workplace cleanliness.

Qualifications Overhead crane certification (or ability to obtain) Forklift certification (asset)



CWB welding tickets (asset) 3+ years of experience in plate fitting, structural steel fabrication, or similar Trade certification or apprenticeship in fabrication, welding, or related discipline High school diploma or equivalent Summary Great heavy equipment attachments start with world-class fit-up.
