Your Role: Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you are responsible for all production activities.

You will lead a manufacturing setting that combines standard products with complex custom projects, ensuring performance, quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve production targets (quality, costs, deadlines, OHS) Adapt operations to custom projects in collaboration with internal teams Manage priorities and ensure smooth coordination between departments Monitor performance indicators and optimize operations Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.) Motivate, supervise, and develop production teams Skills and qualifications: Desired Profile : A motivating, organized, and results-oriented leader capable of thriving in a constantly evolving environment where custom projects play a central role.
