Infosys is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Lead with Project management and stakeholder management exposure in implementation of Oracle''s Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions for Canadian public sector clients.

The positions primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules in Agile mode.

This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design, development and support of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for the above-mentioned modules including status reporting and managing the stakeholder.

This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and solution architecture, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area.

This position may require travel.

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment12+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Talent, Learning and related modules including configuring the system to meet business requirements, such as designing and setting up organizational structures, jobs, grades, approvals, DFFs, EFFs, Journeys etc.

Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to mentioned modules

Comprehensive experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log

Preferred Skills

Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae.

Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

Experience managing team size of 6+ would be a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
