Job Description Eurofins is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to overseedaytodayoperations within ahighthroughputanalytical laboratory.

This role providesfirstlineleadership to laboratory staff, ensuring testing activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Laboratory Operations Supervise daily laboratory activities to ensure analyses are conducted according to approved methods, SOPs, and client requirements Monitor sample flow, workload balance, and turnaround time (TAT) to meet operational targets Provide technical support and guidance to analysts and technicians asrequired Participate in routine analysis during peak periods to ensure service commitments are met Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to ISO/IEC 17025, internal quality systems, and regulatory standards Review analytical data, calculations, and documentation for accuracy and completeness Identify, document, and escalate nonconformances, deviations, andoutofspecificationresults In collaboration with laboratory management, halt testing when quality or data integrity is compromised People Leadership Lead, coach, and mentor laboratory staff to support competency development and performance Coordinate staffing schedules and assignments tomaintaineffective laboratory operations Support onboarding, training, and method competency signoffs Contribute to performance feedback and team development initiatives Systems & Documentation Ensureaccurateandtimelydata entry, sample tracking, and reporting using LIMS Maintainuptodatedocumentation including SOPs, training records, and operational logs Support internal and external audits, inspections,



and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Chemistry,Food Chemistryor a related scientific discipline Minimum 25 years of laboratory experience in an analytical testing environment Previousexperience in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role preferred Strong working knowledge ofSOPdrivenlaboratories and quality systems Experience with LIMS andhighvolumesample processing environments Excellent organizational, communication, andproblemsolvingskills Preferred Qualifications Experience in food, environmental, pharmaceutical, or contract testing laboratories Exposure to ISO 17025 accreditation Ability to lead teams in afastpaced,deadlinedrivenenvironment Additional Information At Eurofins we offer excellent full time benefits including health & dental coverage, life and disability insurance, RRSP with 3% company match, paid holidays, paid time off.
