This team is a multidisciplinary team that collaborates with actuaries, claims adjusters, data experts and data scientists.

CUSTOMER Develop and support deep analytics on business results and performance to identify strategies to mitigate the impact of inflation and growth on our operations.

Provide technical expertise across a broad range of data analysis functions including data modeling, visualization and data profiling.

Present and share ideas and strategic recommendations to the SSO and SEO leadership team and other partners.

Collaborate closely with business SMEs to capture the business challenges, translate into technical requirements, and facilitate adoption of analytics solutions.

Participate in initiatives that will improve customer and colleague experience by proposing solutions leveraging insights from data and analytics.

Communicate and explain financial and analytical concepts to a non-technical and frontline audience.
