Equation Staffing is currently seeking Forklift Operators for a client of ours located in Calgary, AB.

This position will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials within a warehouse and manufacturing environment.

This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts (counterbalance, sit-down, or reach truck) safely and efficiently.

Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.

Move products and materials to designated storage areas or production lines.

Stack, organize, and stage materials accurately.

Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Ensure inventory accuracy and follow company procedures.

Follow all safety policies and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications: Valid forklift certification required.

Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to lift up to 5060 lbs when required.

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.





Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic communication and organizational skills.

Work Setting: Located in the Foothills Industrial, Calgary.

Warehouse and manufacturing facility.

Fast-paced environment with indoor and outdoor material handling.
