Job Description As the Bell Desk & Valet Supervisor, you will lead by example in delivering warm, personalized, and anticipatory service to guests upon arrival and departure.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bell desk, valet, and door staff to ensure efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Fairmont''s luxury service standards.

Position Type: Permanent Pay Rate: $26.87/hour Start Date: August 2026 Job Duties Include: Ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences for guests, including luggage assistanceand valet parking.

Coordinate and monitor shuttle schedules and routes to local areas.

Handle guest concerns with empathy and prompt resolution.

Ensure proper logging of vehicle keys and accurate valet ticketing procedures.

Seeks feedback and recommendation on guest satisfaction and employee experience.

Developsand overseesthe implementation of all training needs of the department.

Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.

Monitor team performance, manage shift coverage, and ensure staff adhere to grooming and service standards.

Train, coach, and mentor colleagues; provide performance feedback Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel environment required.

Proficiencyof Microsoft Office

Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Valid Class 4 drivers licence, with clear driving record required.

Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
