Contract: 6 Months + Extension 37.5 hours/week 4 days onsite, downtown Toronto Must Haves Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets with a solid understanding of the trade lifecycle Expertise in collateral management processes including margining , optimization , and settlements Advanced data analysis capabilities to query, validate, and interpret datasets Hands-on Scrum Master experience in agile delivery environments Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data, or a related field Nice to Have Familiarity with trade capture systems, risk engines, and collateral platforms Agile certification such as CSM or PSM Responsibilities Engage with trading desks, risk, treasury, operations,



and collateral teams to capture and analyze business needs Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories with acceptance criteria Partner with product owners to refine and prioritize backlog items aligned with strategic objectives Evaluate and improve workflows around collateral management and intraday collateral movement Perform data analysis to validate requirements and ensure data integrity across trading and collateral domains Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within the team Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
