This is a customer-focused and hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys the automotive industry and takes pride in delivering efficient support to customers, technicians, and service teams.

Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts and accessories.

Respond to in-person, phone, and internal workshop requests accurately and efficiently.

Support technicians and service teams with timely parts availability.

Process special orders and monitor back-ordered items.

Prepare parts for pickup, delivery, and shipping as required.

Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.

Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.





Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies.

Keep the parts department organized and operating efficiently.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in automotive parts, dealership parts, or similar role.

Basic understanding of automotive parts and vehicle systems.

Experience using inventory management systems.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple requests in a rapid-paced environment.
