In this role, youll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth transactions, friendly service, and a welcoming cafeteria experience.

What Youll Do Greet Guests with warmth and professionalism, helping create a welcoming environment.

Process Transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, debit, credit, and other payment methods.

Balance Cash and reconcile endofshift totals with precision.

Provide Information and assist guests with menu questions, service needs, and issue resolution.

Maintain a Clean Checkout Area to support a protected, efficient, and professional dining space.

Support Food Service Operations such as restocking, basic inventory tasks, and assisting colleagues during peak periods.

What You Bring Experience in customer service , cash handling , or food service (corporate dining experience is a plus).

Strong communication skills and a positive, guestfocused attitude.

Comfort working in a fastpaced , teamoriented environment.

Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Security Requirement This role is located within a highsecurity corporate facility .

To meet mandatory federal background verification standards, candidates must have: Lived in Canada continuously for the past ten (10) years.





This requirement applies to all personnel working onsite and is necessary to obtain security clearance.
