Job description: Work location: Qubec City Area (Hybrid) Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 Our client, a fast-growing technology company undergoing organizational transformation, is looking for a Software Operations Manager to support alignment, execution, and team engagement across its development organization.

This role will act as a true operational right-hand partner to the technology leadership team, helping ensure operational fluidity, coordination of priorities, and the maintenance of a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the link between technology leadership and development teams in order to translate strategic priorities into concrete actions.

Support the day-to-day coordination of software teams and foster alignment across different technical groups.

Bring rhythm, structure, and predictability to operational execution.

Actively contribute to team engagement, team culture, and sense of belonging within a context of organizational evolution.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, management routines, and cross-team collaboration practices.

Act as a trusted operational partner to technical teams in supporting execution, priorities, and operational follow-ups.

Participate in discussions related to business needs, technical priorities,



and initiative coordination.
