What you will be doing: Working closely with the R&D; Lab Manager, youll expand your role beyond basic lab work and contribute more directly to development and problem-solving: Perform lab testing to evaluate product performance, stability, and compatibility Support the development of new chemical formulations and improvements to existing products Work with surfactants, alternative chemistries, and specialty ingredients Design and execute experiments that demonstrate product effectiveness Help create practical and visual demonstrations (including video-ready applications) Document findings and present results to internal teams Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs Participate in occasional customer discussions to explain product performance Assist with lab operations, inventory, and preparation of chemical samples What you must have: A B.
