Join American Iron & Metal as a Civil Engineering Project Coordinator. This role supports the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they meet schedules and budgets.

At AIM, you will contribute significantly to the Civil Engineering & Construction Department. You'll collaborate with Senior Project Managers to gather project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate procurement activities. Your role will also include conducting site visits and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while supporting project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather project requirements and prepare initiation documents
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project
- Prepare budget forecasts and cost analyses for projects




- Assist in preparing tender packages and bid requests
- Conduct site inspections and progress reviews

Requirements:

- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction
- Valid Class G Driver's License with a clean record
- Experience with MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Willingness to travel for project sites in Canada and the U.S.
