Seeking a Residential Technical Service Specialist in Toronto, this world-class, respected and renowned organization is an established solutions service provider and are offering the right, industry-experienced qualified the opportunity to join their talented team.

Position Description Provide effective technical assistance to customers to solve technical issues across all residential HVAC product lines via factory and/or customer communications by email, telephone and/or on-site visits.
Participate in planning and preparation of training curriculum in accordance with business needs including training related presentations, materials and other documents as required.
Take a lead role in the conduct/delivery/supervision of in-class training including development of training schedule in accordance with planned activities and customer requests.
Work with technical service coordinator to ensure online training academy is up-to-date and used accordingly.
Prepare technical documents such as, but not limited to: bulletins, submittals and marketing materials etc. as and when requested.
Perform technical services and product repairs as required, including product updates/re-work to ensure the most current version of equipment is available for sale to customers.
Complete testing of new residential HVAC products, including software, confirming proper functionality and performance as per factory specification parameters.
Provide and ensure documentation of all service cases via Salesforce Service CRM system including site-visits, escalated service cases and commissioning as needed.
Experience Minimum 5 years field experience supporting HVAC products.
Minimum 2 years experience with specialized products with a manufacturer.
Qualifications HVAC Mechanic, Technician or Technologist, or other certification relevant to HVAC field.
Electrical and electronic component knowledge considered strong asset.
Valid refrigeration license is an asset.
Education Valid Refrigeration license an asset.
