We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Manager who has experience in operations and personnel management.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like: Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Maintenance and monitoring of equipment (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, furnaces, valves, etc.)
