Job Details The HSE coordinator monitors production floor activity enforcing Safety First compliance for all production employees.

Partners with plant leadership to execute health, safety and environmental initiatives, performs safety audits and Icare reporting, ensures adherence to GAP safety and environmental SOPs to comply with all corporate policies, goals and objectives.

Major/Key Accountabilities Monitors production floor activity and ensure plant personnel operate within CHEP safety guidelines.

Conduct Accident investigations and gather all the info for ICare and CNESST reporting Monitors modified work plans, liaising with workers, supervisors, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe, sustainable return Compliance: Ensures organizational adherence to CNESST policies and OH&S; regulations.
