Tasks Receive, sort, store, and ship merchandise.

Prepare appliances and orders for delivery.

Load trucks while respecting delivery schedules and routes.

Perform cycle counts and ensure accurate product tracking within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, stackers, etc.).

Package and secure merchandise for transportation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Inspect vehicles and report any irregularities or issues.

Support drivers by answering questions and assisting in resolving operational situations.

Provide support to the dispatch and customer service departments as needed.

Report lost, damaged, or missing goods and complete the required documentation.

Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements Minimum of one year of warehouse experience or experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

Experience using material handling equipment (pallet jacks, straps, etc.).

Knowledge of safe handling practices and occupational health and safety standards.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Bilingualism (French and English) required to facilitate internal communications (approximately 50% of the time).

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and overtime when required.
