and organization levels in order to source, order and deliver the right solutions for our customers Seize every prospect to grow your automotive knowledge Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the teams success Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Parts Counterperson or experience in a similar role Strong knowledge and/or sales skills regarding automotive parts, including function and applications Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone Familiarity with parts catalogues and inventory management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills Ability to lift items up to 50lbs At Lordco Auto Parts, we are committed to fostering a culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and prioritizes inclusion in every aspect of our organization.
