About the Role: Our client is looking for a qualified Senior Accountant that has a minimum of 3+ years experience in fund, public accounting, audit, or tax.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of US GAAP and partnership taxation.

Responsibilities: Manage capital calls, distributions, notices, and cash transactions across multiple funds.

Oversee carried interest reporting and vesting schedules with HR.

Generate financial statements, capital account reporting, and accounting records.

Support tax reporting, audits, and compliance activities.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

Review legal agreements to ensure accurate allocations and reporting.

Monitor covenant requirements and external reporting obligations.

Lead automation and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred or in progress. 3+ years experience in fund, public accounting, audit, or tax.





Knowledge of US GAAP and partnership taxation an asset.

Strong Excel and financial systems skills; automation/AI tools preferred.

Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information. AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process .
