Hourly Rate: $43.54 + night shift premium Work Schedule: Primary: Night Shift Sunday night to Friday morning, 10:00 PM 6:00 AM.

Initial Training Period: Approximately 3 months on the day shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM 2:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing on all plant equipment.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Install new electrical equipment and circuits in compliance with electrical code standards.

Conduct routine inspection rounds using checklists.

Support investigations and corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.

Follow ISO-9001 quality procedures.

Perform other related maintenance and technical tasks as required.

Required Education & Experience: College diploma (DEC) in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or an equivalent qualification.

Valid C License in Electricity (mandatory).





Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong commitment to health, safety, and adherence to ISO procedures.

Ability and willingness to work the night shift schedule outlined above.

Physically able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a hot and demanding production environment.

Proficiency in French (spoken and written).

Ability to read, interpret, and apply mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and technical drawings.

Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and automated control systems.

Welding proficiency in TIG, arc, and stick methods.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
