Lee Gardens Wok N Pub is looking for a friendly, reliable, honest and experienced bartender to join our growing team. If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere,making great drinks and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Duties

- Prepare and serve beer,wine,cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a busy restaurant and pub.
- Verify customer identification and serve alcohol responsibly.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately (Manager will train you)
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Restock liquor,beer,wine,mixers, and garnishes.
- Follow AGLC liquor regulations and company policies.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Work closely with kitchen and serving staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.

Qualifications





~Valid ProServe Certification (required).

~Reel Facts VLT & Protect Certification is an asset.

~Strong knowledge of cocktails,beer,wine, and spirits.

~Excellent communication and customer service skills.

~Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

~Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.

~Must be available to work evenings,weekends,holidays,karaoke nights, and special events.
