We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This role is crucial in driving our business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Sprouse Fire & Safety

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the fire safety or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
