We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Student Documentation and AI Assistant to support our administrative and operational teams. This role is ideal for a student interested in business administration, information technology, digital transformation, or artificial intelligence.
The successful candidate will help maintain organizational documents, update templates and forms, create charts and reports, and assist with the adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to improve workplace efficiency.
Typical Responsibilities
- Update and maintain Word documents, forms, and templates.
- Create and revise charts, graphs, and reports in Excel.
- Organize digital files and knowledge repositories.
- Support AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Power Automate.
- Test AI-generated content for accuracy and formatting.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with data visualization and dashboards.
- Help automate routine administrative processes.
Skills Required
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Document formatting and template management
- Data analysis and chart creation
- AI literacy (Copilot, ChatGPT, generative AI tools)

- Currently enrolled in a college or University program
